Inspired by a vintage silhouette and crafted with handloom fabric ~ a rare and exclusive sustainably handmade textile in modern times.

Offering a warm red clay colour-way contrasted with classic off-white tones, this intentionally oversized mini length design features a poet-style collar with optional tie, romantic billowy sleeves finished with soft elasticated cuffs and pockets at the hip.

Material ~ 100% Handloom Cotton.

The Poet Mini is designed to be an oversized fit. If you prefer a more fitted style we recommend sizing down.

Garment Care ~ We recommend a gentle, cold water hand wash using natural detergents, and hang drying in the shade. Handcrafted garments are delicate, however, designed to last when treated mindfully with love and care.

Love this dress!

I purchased this dress in both the red clay and taupe colors, and I was quite a bit nervous for so long to try Daughters of India dresses due to the price.. but my goodness I LOVE these dresses! I can see these being a part of my wardrobe forever and styling them for all seasons. Definitely recommend if you are on the fence or nervous to try due to the price - they are quality and very much worth the investment :)
