Handmade in India

Celebrating our slow fashion ethos, Nora is an ode to the art of handmade. Beginning with four wood blocks intricately hand-carved to create two traditional floral designs, skilled artisans then use the blocks to slowly and carefully hand print delicate noir hues with a sweet magenta outline upon the softest cotton voile. Tiers of printed fabric have then been gracefully layered and finished with mother-of-pearl buttons from bodice to base, forming this free flowing feminine style lovingly hand-crafted by a small group of women in Jaipur, India.

*Please note due to this style's production process taking several months to create, each Nora mini dress is completely unique and one-of-a-kind and is only available in extremely limited quantities.*

Material ~ 100% Cotton. This style features an underlining, covering the bodice to the base of the last tier on the mini length skirt.

Garment Care ~ We recommend a gentle, cold water hand wash using natural detergents, and hang drying in the shade. Handcrafted garments are delicate, however, designed to last when treated mindfully with love and care.

I adore this dress, it is light and floaty, perfect length. I am 5’2 and it sits just about the knee on me. I get so many compliments when I wear this dress. It fits beautifully around the bust and flows naturally - I want it in pink too!

I am proud owner of 5 of your beautifully made dresses, yes ,I had to return one as it didn't suit me, ( colour). Also I returned my free dress ,as it wasn't a good colour, or the correct size. Better to go to someone who will love it.. The return process is super simple ( follow the directions), and follow up email was answered promptly. I often forget that I now live in Western Australia and WA, means " Wait awhile " for postage, but every inquiry over the past 12 months was delt with promptly and my Dresses always arrived before my event,or holiday.. This little dress is such a beautiful cut, a little short, but, that being said, awesome as a flowy longer top.. I tuck it on one side into my Jean pocket. I love to wear my cloths over sized, and ever dress I own, is my favourite. I also feel that "slow fashion", is a wonderful way to purchase.
